This organic whole wheat grain has high protein levels and is a general all-purpose wheat that performs exceptionally well across a wide range of baking and whole grain applications.

When milled it is  smooth, consistent flour ideal for sourdough, yeasted breads, muffins, flatbreads, and more. 
The whole grain can also be soaked and cooked for use in salads, soups, and grain bowls, or flaked for porridge and muesli.

It comes in simple packaging and will retain the vital nutrients when stored well.

Quantities usually stocked instore: 5kg, 10 kg and 20 kg

Quantities not stocked: 15 kg and 25kg. These can be ordered, however they may take a week to arrive before we can send out to you.

Please note: We cannot courier 25kg bags as they weigh slightly over 25kg which is our courier limit. These can either be collected from our store, or collated with a larger pallet order going out by transport freight.
