• Shipping Address

Within New Zealand your order will normally be sent via Courier, so a physical address is required. If you would like it sent to a PO Box or Private Bag select the Shipping Quote option.

• Online Shipping Calculator

This calculator automatically works out a price for shipping based on the total weight of the items you have in your shopping cart. If you select this option this is the price you will be charged unless there is a considerable difference between the calculated price and actual shipping cost. This calculator is quite accurate for most products.

In situations where the Online Shipping Calculator is unable to calculate the shipping, this option will be disabled.

• Shipping Quote
If you would like more accurate pricing, especially for large orders or orders which contain particularly light or bulky items select this option and we will give you an actual quote. This actual price may be higher or lower than the Online Shipping Calculator and is the price you will pay for the shipping of your order. If you are choosing to pay via credit card, your card will not be charged until you have confirmed the quote. If you are paying by bank transfer, please wait until we quote your shipping before making the transfer.

You can expect that items will usually arrive at their destination within the timeframe specified for each service. Because we do not have any control of the delivery chain, we cannot guarantee that your items will always reach their destination within the delivery target. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or held in Customs, may take longer. For international orders valued over $250NZD, contact us if you would like additional compensation cover for loss or damage up to $1500NZD.

• Pickup From Shop
You can place your order and pick it up from us or arrange other means of getting your goods.

• Download Items
Some items may be able to be downloaded directly from our shop and do not require shipping. You will be able to access your downloads after purchase is confirmed.
