This premium baker's yeast is high quality and easy to use as it can be mixed directly into dough without prior warm water re-activation. Instant dried yeast often allows for speedy and uniform absorption within the dough.

USAGE TIPS: 
Let it warm up: Take the amount you need out of the fridge or freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before adding to your ingredients.
Test it first:  If the yeast has been stored for a while, test a small spoonful in warm water with a pinch of sugar. If it foams and bubbles after 10 minutes, it is still good to use.

HOW TO STORE: Press out as much air as possible before sealing the bag tight. Put the container in the fridge for use over the next 4 months, or in the freezer to keep it active for up to 6 months or longer.
