Your booking is confirmed once paid in full. 

Accommodation Waitlist
If your preferred accommodation isn't available, we'll be in contact to advise you. You can choose other accommodation and/or go on a waitlist for the accommodation type you'd like in case we have a cancellation.

Booking Changes or Cancellation 
If your booking details need to change, contact us and we'll do our best to help you. 
Booked meals cannot be refunded after 19 December as planning, purchasing and preparation happens in advance.
If you need to cancel your booking, we'll refund you less a $50 administration fee until 5 January.
