There is the Sabbath of the Lord, in which one finds rest from sin, which is gained by faith in our Creator and Savior. Then there is the “Jewish Sabbath,” which is the observance of the seventh day of the week as a day to cease from work and even to worship. And finally, there is the “Papal Sabbath,” which signifies the substitution of man’s work for God’s work.
Each Sabbath is distinct and different, but only one is true. An excellent, simply put and reasonable, scriptural description that explores true Sabbath keeping.
