Counterfeit? Real? Fake? Genuine? Bogus? Authentic?

The fact of the matter is when you know something is counterfeit, there is an original. No getting around that. Rolex. Gucci. Knock-offs. That’s just the way it goes.

The same is true when it comes to healing properties. God has a plan, and He puts His power behind it. Satan also has a plan, and He puts his might behind that. Holistic medicine, on the surface, may seem as though it was tailor made by God. Below the surface, it’s anything but Christian. It ignores the lifestyle component to healing and allows people to wallow in their pits in the hope of finding healing.

God never leaves His people in a lurch. His desire for us is true healing; thereby, He warns us of the dangers lurking in the shadows of life. They pretend to do His work.

God provides us with hope. His plan is best. Trusting Him and doing things His way will resulting in our healing (see Proverbs 3:5–8).
