Suggested Use for Adults:
Take 2-4 capsules with a glass of water when required, or as professionally recommended. Some people take carbon only when required, eg after eating processed food, consuming alcohol, drinking coffee, or being exposed to pollutants or poisons. Generally, 2-4 capsules is sufficient for a Detox.
