Organic Hemp Seed Powder - Hemp seeds are cold-pressed to create oil and ground down into a protein-rich powder and high fibre flour. Hemp is the only plant food source to contain an ideal ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 fatty acids which may support a healthy immune system and cholesterol levels. It contains all the essential and non-essential amino acids making it a complete, vegan protein source.

Organic Instant Quinoa Powder - Our Instant Quinoa Powder has a delicious mild nutty taste and has been optimised for enhanced digestion. As plant sources of protein can be slightly harder for your body to digest (due to the presence of anti-nutrients such as phytic acid) our quinoa powder has gone through a new organic milling technique (similar to the gelatinising process) which helps break down its starch and fibre bonds to release its impressive nutrients such as protein, for superior digestion and utilisation within the body.

Organic Instant Chia Powder - Our Instant Chia Powder also provides premium plant protein and has undergone a similar process to our Instant Quinoa Powder to make it more digestible and easier on the tummy. It also retains a content of beneficial omega-3 fatty acids.

Organic Lucuma Powder - Lucuma Powder is made from whole Peruvian lucuma fruit that has been carefully dehydrated at low temperatures and milled into a fine powder. It has a divine flavour (much like maple syrup with a hint of apricot) and gives our Superprotein blend a delicious natural sweetness.

Directions: Add 2 tablespoons to water, your milk of choice or your favourite smoothie/shake and mix until well combined. Alternatively, add to your morning oats or healthy baking such as bliss balls, pancakes and muesli bars.

A protein intake of around 0.8-1.0 gram per kg of body weight per day for women and 1.0 - 1.2 grams for men is recommended(from all dietary sources), however, this may vary depending on your age, activity levels, and health goals.
