Accommodation
Onsite accommodation is available in cabin/dorm style rooms. Families will be kept together where possible. There is also plenty of provision for bringing your own accomodation in the form of tents, caravans etc. 4 nights accommodation.

Meals
12 meals will be served; these include Wednesday evening to Sunday midday. Meals will be vegetarian and will be dairy free. If you have special dietary requirements make a note when you register.

Day visitors' registration covers the convention centre's visitor fees and related costs.

You can pay via AUD or NZD cheque, credit card, or direct deposit.

Registration fees are refundable up to 1 month before the convention. After this date 75% will be refundable. In case of cancellation, the registrant should notify the organisers. Registration fees may be transferrable. If you register, but are unable to attend, you may find someone else to go in your place. Please notify the organisers of any such changes by contacting us.
